I want to create a safe space for everyone.

About me

Having grown up around hairdressers I was inspired by the fierce men and women that gave me the foundations I needed to start my career in barbering.

When I moved to Bristol I honed my skills with the best Italian barbers in the city, learning both modern and classic techniques.

I've always wanted to share my love for styling, everyone should have access to a good barber. They do far more than just cut hair, they are an ear that is willing listen if you need to talk. This shouldn't be an exclusive service.

I opened Ralph's for everyone, to come and get a great haircut as well as the chance to talk to someone without judgement, who genuinely cares.

As a business owner, I am responsible for my carbon footprint. I have made a lot of business decisions to be greener including to furnish the shop with majority pre-loved and upcycled furnishings, using a renewable source energy supplier, a range of fully vegan and cruelty-free products as well as zero aerosol-based products. Choosing to work in a smaller environment reduces heating and electricity usage. Shampoos will only be carried out if necessary to reduce water usage and all laundry is air-dried.
